Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This advanced nitrogen liquefier uses a cutting-edge cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. Each component, chosen for its specific boiling point, integrates seamlessly with its corresponding refrigeration temperature zone, efficiently cooling down from room temperature to an extraordinary -196 °C,thus achieving the exceptional goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
