Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
The system employs a sophisticated cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration mechanism for the nitrogen liquefier. This system is built on the foundation of the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It meticulously selects pure components with high, middle, and low boiling points to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. This approach effectively aligns the refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point component, enabling cooling from ambient temperatures down to an impressive -196 ° C, achievingthe goal of nitrogen liquefaction at an optimal -180 ° C @ 0.6 MPa.
