Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It harnesses a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component efficiently aligns within its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling fluidly from ambient temperature to an astounding -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
