Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively matches its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling from ambient temperature to -196 °C., achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
