Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
Employing a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, thenitrogen liquefieris based on an advanced regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It skillfully integrates high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form a multi-component mixed refrigerant. This allows for precise temperature zone matching of each component's boiling point, enabling cooling from ambient temperatures down to an astounding -196 °C,wherenitrogen liquefaction is effectively achieved at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
