Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle:
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cutting-edge cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, leveraging nitrogen liquefaction technology. It operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant cycle, selecting pure components with high, medium, and low boiling points to form the refrigerant mix. The effective refrigeration temperature zones of each component are optimally matched, allowing cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C, achievingthe goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C at 0.6 MPa).
