Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. The system utilizes pure components with high, medium, and low boiling points to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant, ensuring effective cooling across various temperature zones. This process cools the nitrogen from ambient temperature down to -196°C and achieves nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
