Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with varying boiling points, each component seamlessly matches its refrigeration temperature zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature to a striking -196 °C,thus achieving the remarkable goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
