Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier is powered by a sophisticated cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.It incorporates a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By selecting components with varying boiling points-high, middle, and low-each aligns effectively with its respective refrigeration temperature zone, facilitating cooling from ambient temperature down to a frigid -196 °C., achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) efficiently.
