This groundbreaking nitrogen liquefier harnesses the power of a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes an advanced regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By precisely balancing components with varied boiling points-high, middle, and low-each aligns seamlessly with its respective refrigeration temperature zone, cooling smoothly from ambient temperature to an astounding -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
