Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.The nitrogen liquefaction process is based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. Multiple pure components with high, middle, and low boiling points are selected to form the mixed refrigerant, ensuring effective temperature zone matching. It is capable of cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving the purpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
