Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By expertly blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each element perfectly aligns with its specific refrigeration temperature zone, achieving seamless cooling from ambient temperature to an astonishing -196 °C.thus achieving this extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
