Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
Employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system in this nitrogen liquefier. It is built on a regenerative, multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a mixed refrigerant, effective refrigeration temperature zones for each component are matched. This allows cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C. Thus,the unit achieves nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
