Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system employed in this nitrogen liquefier leverages the regenerative, multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By selecting high, medium, and low boiling point pure components, a multi-component mixed refrigerant is formulated, ensuring effective refrigeration across various temperature zones. This allows cooling from ambient temperature down to -196 °C, enabling thetarget nitrogen liquefaction temperature of -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa to be achieved.
