This advanced nitrogen liquefier employs a cutting-edge cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively aligns with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling seamlessly from ambient temperature to an impressive -196 °C,thus achieving the remarkable goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
