Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This advanced nitrogen liquefier is engineered with a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It incorporates a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. The blend of components with high, middle, and low boiling points allows each to align perfectly with its specific refrigeration temperature zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
