Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, a cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier. This process leverages a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components. This selection ensures optimal temperature zone relay matching for effective refrigeration at each boiling point. The system cools efficiently from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196 °C,whiletargeting nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
