Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator is employed in this nitrogen liquefier, which operates on the principle of a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, it forms multi-component mixed refrigerants. This facilitates the effective relay matching of refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component. It ensures cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving the purpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
