Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a sophisticated cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration technique. Nitrogen Liquefier operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It effectively combines high, middle, and low boiling point components to create a highly efficient mixed refrigerant. Each component's effective refrigeration temperature zone is meticulously matched, enabling cooling from ambient temperatures down to -196 °C, achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
