Nitrogen Liquefier.Working Principle:
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.Nitrogen liquefaction is achieved through a regenerative cycle using multi-component mixed refrigerants. High, middle, and low boiling point components are meticulously chosen to create an effective refrigeration temperature gradient. The system cools from ambient temperature down to -196°C, enablingthe liquefaction of nitrogen at -180°C and 0.6 MPa.
