Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle

Our nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, nitrogen liquefier. Engineered around the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, it employs a strategic selection of high, mid, and low boiling point components to create an effective multi-component mixed refrigerant. Each boiling point component is expertly matched to its optimal refrigeration temperature zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C,the goal of achieving nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is accomplished with precision.
