Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
Our system employs a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator in this nitrogen liquefier. Utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, it employs carefully selected high, middle, and low boiling point pure components. This precise selection ensures efficient relay matching across the effective refrigeration temperature zones of each component's boiling point. The system achieves cooling from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196 °C,successfully reachingthe target of nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
