Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle:
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. Utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle, the system selects high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. Each boiling point component's effective refrigeration temperature zone is efficiently matched, enabling cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C achieving liquid nitrogen at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.Purpose: Achieving nitrogen liquefaction.
