Innovative Nitrogen LiquefierCutting-Edge Working Principle
This system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator in the nitrogen liquefier. It leverages a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, an effective multi-component mixed refrigerant is created. This allows for seamless refrigeration across various temperature zones, cooling from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196°C.The nitrogen liquefaction process achieves -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
