Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, integrating nitrogen liquefaction principles. It employs a regenerative, multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle, using high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant. Each component's effective refrigeration temperature zone is meticulously matched, enabling cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C. In doing so, this system achieves efficient nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C and 0.6 MPa.
