Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.Nitrogen liquefier. The system operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It selects high, medium, and low boiling point pure components to form the mixed refrigerant, efficiently using the effective refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point component. This allows for cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
