Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier employs a sophisticated cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a highly advanced regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component precisely aligns with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling effortlessly from ambient temperature to a remarkable -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
