Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system. Nitrogen liquefaction is achieved using a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, consisting of high, middle, and low boiling point pure components. These components create a multi-component refrigerant mix that effectively matches the refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point. The system cools from ambient temperature to -196 °C, achievingthe ultimate nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
