Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By skillfully blending components with varying boiling points-high, middle, and low-each component aligns perfectly with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling efficiently from ambient temperature to a stunning -196 °C,thereby accomplishing the extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
