Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.nliquefier. It operates on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. Using high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, multi-component mixed refrigerants are created. Effective refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component are aligned for optimal performance. This system cools from ambient temperature to -196 °C, to achieve nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
