Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The system utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration method nitrogen liquefier. It operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, mid, and low boiling point components, the mixture achieves optimal cooling efficiency across various temperature zones, cooling from ambient temperatures down to -196°C.,the nitrogen liquefaction process (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is thereby accomplished.
