Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with varying boiling points, each aligns perfectly with its refrigeration temperature zone, seamlessly cooling from ambient temperature to a remarkable -196 °C,thereby achieving the extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C under 0.6 MPa pressure.
