Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
Our advanced cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator is employed in this nitrogen liquefier. It harnesses the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, utilizing high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. This facilitates efficient cooling over a wide range of temperatures. The system cools effectively from ambient temperature to a stunning -196 °C,thus achieving nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
