Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with varying boiling points-high, middle, and low-each aligns perfectly with its designated temperature zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature to a striking -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
