Nitrogen LiquefierInnovative Working Principle
The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator utilized in thisnitrogenliquefier is based on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. This method uses high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create multi-component mixed refrigerants, achieving efficient temperature zone matching for each boiling point component. It cools the environment from ambient temperature to -196°C, reaching thegoalof nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
