Advanced Nitrogen LiquefierOperating Principle:

This advanced system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, leveraginga nitrogen liquefier. It utilizes the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, carefully selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create multi-component mixed refrigerants. With precision relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component, the system cools from ambient temperature to -196 °C, achieving nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
