Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs an advanced cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, nitrogen liquefier. Utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, the system expertly combines high, medium, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component refrigerant blend. This design facilitates precise temperature zone management for each boiling point, enabling cooling from ambient levels to a chilling -196°C,the ultimate goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is realized.
