Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. Utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, it combines high, medium, and low boiling point pure components to form a multi-component mixed refrigerant. Efficiently matching the effective refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point component, the system cools from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving liquid nitrogen at -180°C @0.6 MPa.,accomplishing nitrogen liquefaction.
