Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
Employing a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, this nitrogen liquefier leverages a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant cycle. By selecting pure components with high, middle, and low boiling points, it composes a multi-component mixed refrigerant. Achieving effective refrigeration is made possible by matching the cooling zones of each boiling point component, enabling cooling from ambient to -196 °C,the ultimate goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) is seamlessly realized.
