Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
Our system uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator nitrogen liquefier, based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. High, mid, and low boiling point pure components form our multi-component mixed refrigerants, effectively cooling through relay-matching refrigeration temperature zones of each component's boiling point. Experience cooling from ambient to -196 °C,this process achieves nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
