Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier adopts a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system. The nitrogen liquefier operates on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It uses high, medium, and low boiling point pure components to form the mixed refrigerant. This ensures effective cooling across different temperature zones from ambient temperatures down to -196°C, thus achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
