Advanced Nitrogen LiquefierInnovative Working Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system for nitrogen liquefaction. It operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, using high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form a multi-component mixed refrigerant. The system achieves relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component, cooling efficiently from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
