Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, promising top-notch efficiency.It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By expertly blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively aligns with its designated refrigeration temperature zone, allowing for flawless cooling from ambient temperature to a remarkable -196 °C,thus achieving the outstanding goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
