Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier leverages a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It features a cutting-edge regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By expertly combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each element aligns perfectly within its refrigeration temperature zone, enabling seamless cooling from ambient temperature down to an extraordinary -196 °C,thus achieving the impressive feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
