On April 27, 2002, Sweden's Atlas Copco Group completed the full acquisition of Liuzhou FuDa Machinery Co., Ltd., which was established in 1994. This marked "LIUTECH" as the first brand acquired by Atlas Copco in China, dedicated to manufacturing and distributing both stationary and portable screw air compressors and air treatment equipment under the LIUTECH brand in the Chinese market.
In 2013, the company relocated its customer service center from Liuzhou to Shanghai, China's financial and economic center. In 2017, as part of strategic resource integration, Atlas Copco established Liuzhou Tech Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. as an independent legal entity to exclusively handle sales and service for LIUTECH stationary compressors. Meanwhile, Liuzhou FuDa Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. continues to specialize in LIUTECH's mobile compressor business.
