Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle:

Our system utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerator, which is a core component of the nitrogenliquefier. This innovation is based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting pure components with high, middle, and low boiling points,we create multi-component mixed refrigerants that effectively match the refrigeration temperature zones of each component's boiling point. This allows cooling from ambient temperature down to a remarkable -196 °C,thus enablingthe efficientliquefaction of nitrogen at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
