Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.Nitrogen liquefaction is achieved through a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, an effective refrigeration temperature zone for each boiling point component is realized, enabling cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C, which ultimately achieves nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
