Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It incorporates a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By adeptly blending high, middle, and low boiling point components, each aligns with its respective refrigeration temperature zone, cooling seamlessly from ambient temperature down to an incredible -196 °C,thereby achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
