Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It features a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with varying boiling points-high, middle, and low-each component perfectly aligns with its designated refrigeration temperature zone, enabling seamless cooling from ambient temperature down to an astounding -196 °C,thus accomplishing the extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
