Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
Using a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, this nitrogen liquefier operates on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. Carefully selected high, middle, and low boiling point pure components create the multi-component refrigerants. This achieves relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones for each component, cooling efficiently from ambient to -196 °C,the liquefaction of nitrogen (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) is seamlessly achieved.
